Dr. Mayura Gamalath
Dental Surgeon and Team Leader
Meet Dr Mayura, a highly qualified professional with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S.) 91-92 dental batch from the University of Peradeniya Sri Lanka and a M.A.A.I.D from the USA. Dr Mayura is a resident implantologist and oral surgeon at CDCI and the Sri Lankan Police Hospital. As a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry with a Sri Lanka Medical Council registration number 1505, our Team Leader is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of care. Additionally, they are a life member of both the Sri Lanka Dental Association and the International Police Association, showcasing their commitment to professional development and community involvement. As a mentor for dental implants in Sri Lanka and a senior gazette officer in the Sri Lanka Police Department, our Team Leader brings a wealth of experience and leadership to our dynamic team.

An alumnus of Nalanda College, he excelled on the cricket field but also served as a senior prefect, showcasing his leadership qualities from a young age. Beyond his commitment to dentistry, Dr. Mayura is an avid cricketer who also enjoys leisurely drinks with friends and exploring new destinations with his family. With a remarkable 25+ year career in dentistry, he initially practiced in Kohuwala before relocating to CDCI in Nugegoda in 2023. Driven by his passion for creating, he found the perfect blend of art and science in dentistry. Dr. Mayura himself designed the CDCI building, a space where his dual passions seamlessly come together.
Dr. Dushan Baddage
Dental Surgeon
Introducing Dr. Dushan Baddage, our accomplished Dental Surgeon dedicated to delivering exceptional oral care to our patients at CDCI. With a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) 91-92 dental batch from the University of Peradeniya Sri Lanka and an MS (PH) along with a PGD (DM), Dr. Baddage brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. Serving as a resident oral surgeon for Cosmetic Dental Care Int. and holding a position at the Ministry of Health Sri Lanka, his expertise extends beyond traditional practice. Previously he worked as a Senior House Officer at the Maxillofacial Unit, National Hospital, Colombo and is registered with the Sri Lanka Medical Council under number 1516 and is a proud Life Member of the Sri Lanka Dental Association, demonstrating his commitment to professional excellence in oral healthcare.

Dr. Dushan is an experienced Dental Surgeon with more than 23 years in dentistry, specializing in maxillofacial surgery for 16 of those years with the other years dedicated to general dental surgery. Dr. Baddage's passions extend beyond the clinic, embracing the thrill of sports like cricket, rugby, and UFC, alongside a love for music he also appreciates a good drink when he can. Dr. Baddage's approach to life is all about enjoying every moment, making him not just a skilled dentist but also a lively member of our team.
Dr. Dilani Gamalath
Dental Surgeon
Meet Dr. Dilani Gamalath, our esteemed Dental Surgeon, holding a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from the University of Peradeniya. With an impressive 15-year career in government service as a dental surgeon, Dr. Gamalath brings a wealth of experience to our practice. Currently serving as a Senior House Officer (SHO) in the Orthodontic Unit at Teaching Hospital Kalubowila, her dedication to patient care and orthodontics is evident. A fascinating tidbit about Dr. Gamalath: she finds intrigue in the fact that teeth are the only part of the human body that can't repair themselves. Her passion for dentistry and commitment to oral health make her an invaluable member of our team.
Dr. Roshan Karunathilaka
Dental Surgeon
Introducing Dr. Roshan a brilliant dentist in our team with a wealth of qualifications and experience. Dr. Roshan obtained his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Peradeniya in 2014, complemented by certificates in Basic and Intermediate Implantology from the British Association of Dental Education (BADA) in 2021 and a Certificate in Digital Dentistry in 2022. With a decade of experience in the government sector, Dr. Roshan served as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at both the National Dental Hospital Colombo and the Teaching Hospital Ratnapura. Notably, Dr. Roshan's dedication to his profession extends beyond clinical practice. He has actively contributed to the dental community as a former Executive Committee member of the Government Dental Surgeons Association (2017-2023) and currently serves as an Executive Committee member of the Sri Lanka Dental Association (SLDA).
Dr. Roshan's interests are as diverse as his professional achievements. A graduate of Royal College Colombo, he finds joy in photography, cricket, gaming, and solving puzzles. Additionally, he channels his passion for dentistry into his blog, "Dental Help." In his leisure time, Dr. Roshan enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, with his signature dish being chopsy rice. Interestingly, his childhood aspiration of becoming a doctor ultimately led him to pursue his SLMC registration as a dental surgeon, a decision that has undoubtedly enriched our team with his expertise and passion for dentistry.
Dr. Anuradha Ranasinghe
Dental Surgeon
Meet Dr. Anuradhi, a dedicated dental professional with a Bachelor of Dentistry from the University of Peradeniya, graduating in 2015. Dr. Anuradhi's commitment to providing optimal dental care is evident through her participation in programs, such as the Digital Smile Design course as part of the Exocad Mastership Class in 2022 and the Ward & Perioperative Management in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery workshop conducted by the Sri Lanka Association of Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons in 2018. She also attended the hands-on workshop on "infection control in dental care setting" conducted by the regional director of health services, Rathnapura in 2019. When she is not busy at the clinic you can find Dr. Anuradhi enjoying her time watching movies, traveling, cooking, and reading.
Dr Anuradhis's professional journey began as a house officer at the Oral and Maxillofacial Unit at Colombo South Teaching Hospital followed by working as a dental surgeon at Kalawana Base Hospital in 2018. Dr Anuradhi joined CDCI in 2016 as a part-time dentist however becoming a full-time dentist at CDCI in 2022. Areas of expertise and interest include digital dentistry, implantology, and advanced restoration techniques such as crowns and bridges. Passionate about providing quality care to all our patients and staying on top of advancements in her field, Dr. Anuradhi brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to our team.
